As with our private child carers our domestic staff recruitment process is vigorous and thorough.
All of our candidates are personally interviewed and have full reference and ID checks thus ensuring they are suitable for any position that may be offered.

Step by step guide
What happens next?
When you request this service we will arrange to visit you and carry out a free consultation. During the visit our consultant will issue you with our comprehensive welcome pack.
How much do they cost?
Housekeepers charge £6.50 per hour this is paid directly to them on the day of the clean.
Do I need to make any other payments?
Petals has a small additional agency fee of £2.50 per hour this is invoiced on a monthly basis.
How do you vet you housekeepers?

How often can I have a housekeeper?
We can provide a cleaner for as long as you need. Please note that their is a mimimum clean of 2 hours per week
Can I meet my housekeeper?
Yes we always recommend that you meet the cleaner before the first clean so that you can familiarise yourself.
Do I need to provide cleaning materials?
Yes please. We suggest that you provide your own materials for regular cleans. This practise minimises the risk of spreading bacteria.
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured.
