Au Pairs
An Au Pair is a young foreign person usually a woman between 18 and 28 years old, that works for and lives as part of a family.
The term au pair has its origins in the French language and means 'equal to' and suggests that the young person is treated as a member of the family.
The emphasis of the au pair programme is for the au pair to learn about our culture and language. Au pairs will take on a share of the family's responsibility for childcare and light housework.
In return they will receive an allowance and board.
Becoming a host family has become common practice amongst families who require live in child care.
We work with established Au Pair agencies in Europe to select and match appropriate candidates and we provide support before, during and after the placement.
