Screening & Selection
 
When a candidate registers with us, we carry out a vigorous screening process to ensure that they are suitable.
Not all of the candidates will be fortunate enough to pass the registration stage and we take pride in the fact that we only select the very best.
 
We require all of our child care professionals to have a Police/ Enhanced CRB check and Paediatric First Aid training.
 
How do you select  your candidates?
 
  • The first stage is for the candidate to register with us

 

  • After we have received their completed registration we will assess their CV's. If the CV is adequate we will proceed if not we will offer them our CV enhancement service. If the candidate is abroad, our partner agencies will assume this role.

 

  • When we are happy and if suitable we will then offer the candidate a personal interview which is undertaken by our experienced consultants. At this stage if both parties are happy to proceed we will start the verification process. Again if the candidate is abroad our partner agencies will facilitate the interview.

 

  • At interview stage we obtain all the relevant documentation information including a minimum of 3 references and identification documentation.

 

  • At this stage, the detailed work of  checking references begins and if necessary, along with our partners, we gather the neccessary information to verify the candidates identification.

 

  • If a candidate has told us that they hold qualifications, we will contact the awarding body to verify this information.
 
  • Only after all the relevant checks have been made will we then start the process of matching you with a  suitable candidate.
